Paramount Homes would like to thank you for selecting Logan-Station and invite you to the special V.I.P. party for our other project “Bucktown Point @ Bucktown Station”. The upcoming “Top!Chef” / Top!Broker” event will be Wednesday, May 29th, 2008 and we hope that you will save the date and can plan to attend. A draft of the invitation is enclosed. Though not complete, we wanted you to get a sneak-peak and save the date.

Paramount Homes was the host home for the hit T.V. show “Top Chef” for this season – Top Chef – Chicago, on every Wednesday on Bravo. And, as you may know, Paramount has been an award winning developer in Chicago for over 20 years. Not only have we won industry awards for “Best New Condo” (and most other types of building) but we have also won industry awards for best promotional event. So we like to think we can through a party from time to time.

The new Bucktown Point @ Bucktown Station features the same standards and selections that will be available for you at Logan-Station. Now that we have a finished model, and a proper place to show you what your new home can look like, we would like to invite you to consider beginning the selections process. There is no rush, but by May or early June, we will need to be wrapping up he major selections. We would hope to get your complete selections by July, at the latest. You can begin to schedule this with me at your leisure, and we hope that our models and selections meet your expectations. Please feel free to bring in any ideas or special needs or unique suggestions, particularly at the early stages of the selections process. The site is nearly ready to walk-through if you’d like to schedule a tour, though it must be with me and, as we say, “safety first!”
